Sara really began her journey in mediation back in 5th grade when she was designated as a "Peace Maker" by her elementary school to help other students resolve arguments on the playground.
Sara became a mediator in 2008 during her undergraduate education at Boise State University and graduated with her B.S. in Psychology. After graduation, Sara worked as a Family Group Decision Maker as a mediator between Child Protective Services (CPS) and the parents wanting to reunite with their children.
After her B.S. in Psychology, Sara also received her M.S. in Educational Psychology and Ph.D. in General Psychology with an emphasis in Cognition and Instruction. Sara also teaches (since 2011) in higher education and currently teaches graduate psychology courses for Purdue University Global.
Sara is interested and willing to mediate child custody and divorce. Sara also is willing to provide stipulated parent coordination services (both parties agree).
Sara is a Certified Professional Mediator (#308) with the Idaho Mediation Association. She is also a member of multiple national mediation organizations.
